Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms are subject to those platforms’ payment and refund rules.

Except where required by law or platform rules, purchases are final and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, privacy practices, or payment terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kids Games LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access to the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid to us for the Services in the last 6 months; or

• USD $10.
